Full job description

We are seeking a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy Industrial team in Ipswich town centre.

The role will involve recruiting and attracting candidates to work in temporary industrial roles across Suffolk and Essex, as well as the associated administration, including payroll and compliance.

This is a fast paced role and will suit a master multi-tasker!

The day to day tasks will include:

Placing adverts on job boards and social media
Replying to applicants
Conducting interviews and registrations
Sourcing candidates for shifts and liaising with clients
Problem solving
Meeting customers
Checking in candidates
Completing payroll
Compliance
Customer Service

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, confident, easy to get along with and hungry for a career in the fast paced working environment of the recruitment industry. As well as having strong administration skills, excellent organisation and a good eye for details.

Desired experience would include recruitment but we will also consider applicants with a background in administration, customer service or sales.

Ideally you will have a full UK driving licence, a company vehicle can be provided, regualr travel to visit customers is likely.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with some flexibility required due to workload.

This role pays a basic salary of £28,000, with an OTE of £45,000, depending on experience and once trained, will also include commission.

Additional benefits include company car, fuel card, pension, access to Perk Box and free parking.
