Location: NW1 4LE

Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Predominately Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pm ,occasional weekend and evening shifts depending on events, Site closed over Christmas and New Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
  • To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
  • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
    order necessary ingredients
  • Working in a team of 6, 1 HC, 1 Sous Chef, 1 Junior Sous, 2 CDP and 1 Breakfast Chef

Our ideal candidate will have contract catering experience.
