About the opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Change Manager roles within organisational transformation and delivery improvement. What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Developing and communicating change strategies aligned to business objectives
- Coordinating delivery workstreams and managing dependencies across functional teams
- Supporting teams and stakeholders through transition phases and embedding new processes
- Identifying and managing resistance to change; building sponsorship and commitment
- Designing and delivering training, communication plans and adoption support materials
- Tracking change impact, adoption metrics and readiness indicators
- Collaborating with project managers and operational leads to ensure sustainable outcomes
- Contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvement of change approaches
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- 3–5 years' experience in change management, transformation or organisational delivery
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement change strategies across teams or functions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at multiple levels
- Experience with change adoption planning, training design and resistance management
- Knowledge of change frameworks and methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin's Change Model)
- Proficiency in process improvement, financial analysis or delivery performance improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex change into clear messaging
- Project management tools and MS Office proficiency
