The Opportunity
- As part of our continued growth in Wales, we are seeking a Senior – Project Management with experience in delivering advanced technology facilities and data centre programmes, alongside broader infrastructure and built environment sectors.
- This is a leadership role with the opportunity to shape and grow a high-performing team, develop client relationships, and play a key role in delivering complex, cutting-edge projects across the region.

Your role
- Provide strategic leadership and delivery of project management services across advanced technology/data centre schemes and related sectors.
- Act as a senior client interface, building trusted relationships with key regional and national clients.
- Support the growth and development of the Wales business, including team expansion and capability building.
- Lead and contribute to winning work, including bids, proposals, and client presentations.
- Take ownership of major projects and key accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate across disciplines and regions to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.
- Promote and enhance the AtkinsRéalis Project Management brand in the marketplace.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance within the team.
- Mentor, coach and support colleagues, contributing to a strong and engaged team culture.
- Monitor workload and resources to support efficient and effective project delivery.
About You
You will bring:
- Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent professional qualification).
- Strong experience delivering complex, high-value projects, ideally including advanced technology or mission-critical environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships at a senior level.
- Experience in pre- and post-contract project delivery and commercial management.
- A strong understanding of the Welsh and wider UK construction market.
- A track record in winning work and developing client relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic awareness and the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
