Site Manager - IND2

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources
  • Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed
  • Manage documentation including daily reports, safety records, and progress updates
  • Implement effective time management strategies to optimise productivity across multiple projects
  • Address any issues or delays promptly to minimise impact on project delivery

Experience

  • Proven experience in construction site management with a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale industrial projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders effectively
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to construction sites is required
