Site Manager - IND2
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources
- Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed
- Manage documentation including daily reports, safety records, and progress updates
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimise productivity across multiple projects
- Address any issues or delays promptly to minimise impact on project delivery
Experience
- Proven experience in construction site management with a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale industrial projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to construction sites is required
Pay: £100.00-£1,000.00 per day
