Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) specialising in property tax to join our professional team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on property taxation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and optimising clients’ tax positions. Duties

  • Provide specialised advice on property tax planning, compliance, and optimisation strategies
  • Analyse clients’ financial data and property portfolios to identify tax-saving opportunities
  • Prepare and review tax returns related to property transactions and ownership structures
  • Assist clients with property valuation assessments and liaise with relevant authorities on tax matters
  • Keep abreast of changes in property taxation legislation and advise clients accordingly
  • Develop customised financial planning solutions integrating property tax considerations
  • Be comfortable completing online/verbal consultations and also written advisory work
  • Use of accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks is preferred
  • Support the firm’s broader financial services offerings through analysis skills and technical expertise

Experience

  • Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification with proven expertise in property tax matters
  • Extensive experience within the financial services sector, particularly in taxation or accounting roles specialising in property
  • Proficiency with accounting software including Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and procedures
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools and techniques to support client objectives
  • Prior exposure to analysing complex data sets, providing strategic insights, and delivering tailored solutions in a professional environment
