It’s hands‑on work where pride, consistency and attention to detail really matter.

You’ll work 40 hours across 4 days, giving you 3 days off every week - more time to rest, recharge and enjoy life outside of work.

  • Monday - Thursday: 6am - 4pm

Join a business where people come first. We've been named one of the UK's best Workplaces for five consecutive years, and we're also recognised among the UK's Best Workplaces for Development and for Women.

  • Complete effective and accurate shift handovers
  • Flag any equipment issues within your area
  • Work as an integral part of the team to deliver the daily production plan

At Bigham’s, our values guide how we work every day. We’re looking for people who:

  • Bring extraordinary - you take pride in your work, have a strong eye for detail and are committed to delivering high‑quality dishes
  • Bring people together - you work well as part of a team, support those around you and communicate clearly
  • Bring real care & attention - you follow processes carefully and maintain high food safety, hygiene and quality standards

You’ll also need:

  • A willingness to work with chilled and frozen products
  • A positive and reliable approach to work
  • A desire to develop your skills and grow as part of the Bigham’s team
