Summary

We are seeking talented Chefs to join our team. Located in the scenic Welsh countryside, this role offers an exciting opportunity to craft exquisite dishes and contribute to our renowned culinary offerings. The successful candidates will be based at our picturesque venue and help uphold our commitment to quality hospitality.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food production activities.
  • Manage food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to develop innovative menus.
  • Oversee food inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Support training and development of junior kitchen staff.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
