Chef de Partie — Kynd at Hampton Manor

Kynd is the second restaurant from chef David Taylor, and under Head Chef Alex Hardy, it's a kitchen built around one simple idea: take the very best of what British farms and seas offer, and cook it into food people genuinely want to eat. Every day. With flavour at the centre of everything.

We're looking for a passionate, driven and experienced Chef de Partie to join us and looking to grow.

The kitchen

Forty covers, à la carte, set within the walled garden at Hampton Manor — the same home as Michelin-starred Grace & Savour. The ethos is shared: deep respect for the land, close relationships with producers, and an obsession with seasonality. But Kynd's expression is its own. This is cooking that celebrates. Honest, delicious, full of flavour.

If you're looking to cook — over fire, through fermentation, with pastry, with real knife work — this is the kitchen for it.

Someone who has worked at a good level for at least two years — Michelin or AA Rosette experience is valued, but what matters more is your attitude and your appetite to grow. You run a section confidently, you keep your head when service gets loud, and you bring energy and positivity with you every day.
