PRASHAD IS RECURITING:

We are looking for an experienced chef to work along our head chef in our kitchen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook a range of Indian curries to a high standard
  • Manage the curry section during service
  • Prepare sauces, gravies and mise en place
  • Maintain consistency, flavour and presentation
  • Follow recipes and portion-control standards
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience as a Line Chef, Chef de Partie or similar
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Indian curries
  • Good understanding of Indian spices, flavours and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work independently during busy service
  • Experience in a fine-dining or high-standard kitchen is preferred
  • Passion for Indian cuisine and attention to detail
  • Reliable, organised and a good team player
  • Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
