This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone confident running service, leading a team, maintaining exceptional food standards, and taking ownership of the kitchen day to day.

We operate multiple successful food concepts and are looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow with the business long term.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with FOH teams

  • Experience with Korean or Asian flavours and cooking techniques
  • Experience working in open kitchens
  • Passion for quality-driven casual dining and modern burger culture

You will play a key leadership role in the kitchen and help oversee the day-to-day running of service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Running the grill ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen to a consistently high standard
  • Leading and motivating the kitchen team during prep and service
  • Cooking burgers, fried chicken, and sides to precise specifications
  • Maintaining consistency in flavour, presentation, and execution
  • Working closely with FOH to deliver a high-level guest experience
  • Managing service flow and ticket times during high-volume periods
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and kitchen structure
  • Ensuring all food is stored, labelled, and rotated correctly
  • Supporting prep systems, stock control, and kitchen organisation
  • Maintaining compliance with all food safety procedures
  • Supporting the owner and executive chef with new dish development and future menu ideas

Why Join Us?

  • Join an ambitious, award-winning independent food business
  • Work directly alongside experienced operators and chefs
  • Genuine progression opportunities as the company expands
  • Creative input into menu development and specials
  • Staff food and drinks on shift
  • Generous staff discounts
  • Supportive, energetic team culture
  • Competitive pay based on experience
