Robin's Ramen | Kensington Mall | Contemporary Japanese Cuisine

Robin's Ramen is looking for Chefs of all levels to join our kitchen team at our new contemporary Japanese restaurant in Kensington Mall.

We’re looking for passionate, reliable chefs who care about flavour, consistency and great produce. Previous Japanese cuisine experience is not required we’ll teach the right people our style, systems and techniques.

Experience in Michelin, Bib Gourmand or high-quality restaurant kitchens is highly valued, but we’re equally open to ambitious chefs earlier in their careers who are keen to learn and grow.

What we’re looking for

  • Chefs of all levels: Commis, Demi, CDP, Sous Chef
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Pride in preparation, cleanliness and consistency
  • Ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team
  • Interest in contemporary Japanese food, ramen, broths, noodles and seasonal dishes
  • High standards, attention to detail and calmness under pressure
