The Gomshall Mill is looking for a talented Sous Chef to support in leading the team in delivering great food ensuring we build an excellent reputation at our iconic Surrey pub.

The pub is located in the picturesque Surrey Hills village, Gomshall, between Guildford and Dorking.

This role will give you the opportunity to evolve the menu and exceed budgeted commercial expectations through a clear understanding of GP, P&L and labour costs.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef and company Directors as a key contributor to the success of the pub.

You will also be key to ensuring a high level of quality fresh, local and seasonal food, to build the strength of our reputation and be first choice in our customer’s eyes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Sous Chef or experienced Junior Sous Chef.
