Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or fish station
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
  • Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
  • Support junior kitchen staff through training and guidance as needed

Experience

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with meal preparation techniques across various cuisines
  • Experience serving guests or working in a customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
