Full job description

Culinary Trainer – £42,000 - Monday to Friday - National role

We’re looking for an experienced Culinary Trainer to deliver hands on food and systems training to partner kitchens across the country. This is a field-based role and travel is essential so it important to be aware that time away from home will be necessary. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new partner kitchens, training external teams, and ensuring food quality and operational standards are met.

The role:

-Train external kitchen teams to deliver branded food consistently to spec

- Onboard and launch brands into partner kitchens

- Deliver follow-up training and quality audits where required

- Train partners on basic kitchen technology and performance metrics

- Work across multiple brands and cuisines

- Travel frequently across the UK

What we’re looking for:

-Strong senior kitchen experience (Head Chef / Senior Sous / CDC level)

- Confident trainer who enjoys teaching and coaching others

- Comfortable with regular nationwide travel

- Personable, confident, and able to build relationships quickly

- Happy using basic technology and systems- Strong food safety and hygiene standards

This role is ideal for chefs who enjoy variety, autonomy, training others, and being on the move.

Pay: Up to £41,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
