We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training new team members and ensuring smooth workflow during service hours.
  • Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of food and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment maintenance and stock control.
  • Monitor food safety practices throughout the kitchen to comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Experience
