Join our 3 Rosettes Gallery Dinner Kitchen team as Demi Chef de Partie

Earnings based on worked hours (from 31,000 based on 44 hours - 4 days up to 38,750)

4 or 5 days week work schedule depending on your preference, your salary will be increasing if working more days/more hours

You must have a right to work in the UK - No Visa Sponsorship available

The role of Demi Chef de Partie ?

The Demi Chef de Partie participates in mise en place and service of their section (larder / Garnish / grill) and develops towards a Chef de Partie role.

The Evening team prepares the Gallery Dinner (3 Rosettes) a la carte Menu created by French Michelin Star Chef Pierre Gagnaire and Head Chef Paul Leligny, mixing French European influences with modernity and Creativity.
