Full job description

Join an award-winning boutique hotel in the stunning Peak District and lead a passionate culinary team creating exceptional dining experiences.

A Head Chef is required for this award-winning boutique hotel which boasts a great reputation not only for its food but also for its destination in the Peak District. The Head Chef will work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. There is a restaurant which serves award-winning breakfasts, afternoon teas, evening meals and Sunday lunches. The menus are regularly changing and consist of modern British dishes cooked to 1 AA rosette standards, using fresh seasonal produce locally sourced. As Head Chef you will be leading the small brigade of four chefs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role must have 1 AA rosette experience, and a stable background. They will also have been working as a Head Chef or Sous Chef level in their most recent position, and also be an ambitious chef seeking a role that can offer you progression and who enjoys the countryside.
