Chef de Partie – Michelin Star – North West

All candidates must have experience in a minimum 3AA Rosette kitchen.

Chef de Partierequired in a stunning area of North West England for this stunning fine dining restaurant.

Set in spectacular surroundings in a beautiful part of the country, this award winning restaurant is tastefully decorated and modern in design, and allows diners to take in the breath-taking scenery as they dine in luxury and indulge in the sumptuous dishes lovingly created by the Michelin Star winning Head Chef.

All produce is locally sourced and only the finest ingredients are used, a large proportion of which are grown on site, meaning they are the freshest available.

The role would suit an eager Chef de Partie who is looking to settle into a role where they can develop their culinary techniques and progress within the kitchen.

As Chef de Partie you will:

  • Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
  • Be experienced in running your own section
  • Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
