About Us

The Three Horseshoes in Warham is an exciting new addition to our expanding pub group. Following the incredible success and Michelin recognition at Sculthorpe Mill and more recently, The Ship in Brancaster, we are launching a fresh chapter at this beautiful historic Warham pub.

Our kitchens are overseen by Elliot Ketley and the menu will focus on elevated pub classic, showcasing exceptional, locally sourced Norfolk produce.

We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help drive this new venture forward.

The Role

As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure consistently high standards in both service execution and day-to-day kitchen management. This is the perfect environment to hone your skills, work alongside top-tier local suppliers, and build a rewarding career with an acclaimed, growing group.

What You Will Do

  • Support & Lead: Act as a true leader who works well under pressure and understands working in a busy kitchen.
  • Maintain Standards: Ensure consistently high standards in both service execution and general kitchen management.
  • Mentor & Develop: Train, motivate, and develop junior chefs to build a strong, cohesive team.
  • Enforce Safety: Uphold excellent food knowledge alongside strict Health and Safety standards.
