What You’ll Be Cooking Up:

  • Prepping and cooking delicious Italian-inspired dishes to Mamma’s high standards
  • Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation on every plate
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smooth as olive oil
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and safe at all times

  • We provide training! (but experience in a busy kitchen at any level – from Commis to Sous Chef is advantagious!)
