The Role:
As a Science Graduate Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students in Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support to boost understanding and engagement
- Assisting teachers with practicals, lesson planning, and resource preparation
- Building positive relationships with pupils, encouraging curiosity and confidence in the subject
- Gaining invaluable classroom experience within a high-performing science department
