Are you an experienced nursery practitioner, or ready to take the first step in your childcare career? We are looking for qualified Level 2, Level 3, Level 5 or Level 6 Nursery Practitioners to join our team!

Your role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in fostering the intellectual, social and emotional development of the children. Working apart of a supportive team, you’ll nurture positive relationships and ensure a safe stimulating environment for every child.

Key Responsibilities

  • To build positive and caring relationships with children and be responsible for their well-being, welfare, and development in the nursery
  • Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and be confident to engage in high quality interactions with children in your care
  • Operate within the key person system and liaise with parents, carers, and senior staff
  • Empathy, patience and a genuine love for working with children

What we are looking for:

  • Full and relevant Childcare qualification
  • Minimum 6 months of recent childcare experience
  • The ability to promote good practice in a professional manner

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check and 2 satisfactory references

Pay: £12.88-£14.57 per hour
