Pizza Party is up and running from our dark kitchen in Kentish Town, and we’re looking for a talented Head Pizza Chef to lead our next chapter.

Alongside our delivery operation, we run monthly supper clubs and events, with the ambition to open our first high-street location within the next six months.

We’re building something different.

Pizza Party is a delivery-first pizza business serving great food while creating training and employment opportunities for autistic young people.

We have launched from a dark kitchen in Kentish Town, run monthly supper clubs and events, and have ambitious plans to move into our first high-street location within six months.

We’re looking for a Head Pizza Chef to take ownership of our kitchen, lead our team and help us make that next move successfully.

What You’ll Do

• Lead our fast-paced, delivery-first kitchen
• Deliver consistently brilliant, high-quality pizzas
• Oversee prep, stock control, ordering, food costs and service
• Recruit, train and develop a strong kitchen team
• Build effective systems and succession plans as the business grows
• Train and coach autistic learners in a calm, patient and practical way
• Lead food preparation and service at our monthly supper clubs and events
• Help plan and deliver the transition from our dark kitchen into a high-street location
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Head Chef, Head Pizza Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• Strong pizza-making experience and a genuine passion for the craft
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent organisational and kitchen-management skills
• A calm, patient and encouraging leadership style
• A commitment to food quality, consistency and simple, effective operations
• Openness to learning how best to train and support autistic young people
• Flexibility to support monthly supper clubs, events and the launch of our future high-street location

Previous experience working with autistic or neurodivergent people is welcome, but it isn’t essential. The right attitude, patience and willingness to learn matter most.
