You will join as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in our Latymer Restaurant, delivering warm, attentive hospitality and supporting seamless service in our Michelin star, 5 AA Rosette restaurant. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and overall guest experience.
  • Lead the team during service, ensuring smooth flow and consistent standards.
  • Handle guest queries confidently and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist with training, coaching and supporting team members.
  • Oversee table plans, reservations and service readiness.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across the restaurant.
  • Support stock control, ordering and minimising waste.
  • Coordinate communication between restaurant, kitchen and bar teams.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen processes and health & safety standards.

Person Specification

  • Experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory/management role.
  • Confident communicator with strong people skills.
  • Able to lead a team effectively during busy service.
  • Organised, proactive and quick to solve problems.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to great guest service.
  • Professional, reliable and positive in approach.
  • Passion for hospitality and developing others.
