Store Manager – Bubble Tea Store

About Us

We are a fast-growing bubble tea brand operating company-owned stores across the UK. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead one of our flagship stores. If you are passionate about customer service, team management and store operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train and motivate the team to achieve excellent customer service standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and drive store profitability.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance and labour costs.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Control inventory, ordering and stock management.
  • Ensure drinks are prepared consistently according to company standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Work closely with the Head Office to implement company policies and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a bubble tea shop is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
