About the Job

  • Support the Chef de Partie and kitchen team in the preparation of dishes according to company standards
  • Prepare ingredients and basic components following recipes and instructions
  • Maintain proper mise en place to ensure efficiency during service
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Properly store ingredients and assist with stock rotation following company procedures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service

About You

  • Minimum one year of experience in a professional kitchen or similar role
  • Basic culinary techniques and willingness to continuously learn and improve
  • Strong team spirit and good communication skills
