Bartender

Salary: Upto £16.00 per hour inc TRONC

The role — what you’ll do

  • Craft classic and signature cocktails to spec, quickly and consistently.
  • Serve drinks with theatre and knowledge, explaining ingredients and pairings.
  • Maintain bar mise: prep garnishes, batch cocktails, stock glassware, polish.
  • Engage guests at the bar with stories and recommendations.
  • Uphold licensing laws, Challenge 25, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

What you bring

  • Proven cocktail bartending experience in a premium bar or restaurant.
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails with a passion for flavours.
  • Confident and charismatic with strong communication skills.
  • High standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Right to work in the UK.
