Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Key Requirements:

Good command of English, with the ability to use it confidently as a working language.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

High administrative and organisational skills.

Previous administration experience is preferred.

Preferred fluent in Mandarin (listen, spoken and written) but not required.

Main Duties:

Providing administrative support for daily warehouse operations.

Assisting with operational paperwork and data entry.

Maintaining records and supporting communication between departments.

General office administration duties as required.

Pay: £12.92 per hour

Experience:

• warehouse administration: 1 year (required)
