J&T Express UK Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Graduate Management Trainee to join our team in the UK.

This role is designed to develop future business and management talent through structured job rotations and hands-on experience across different functions. You will work closely with different teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations and the UK logistics industry.

The role will also involve working closely with the CEO on key business and strategic projects, providing an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior management and take ownership of high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Job Rotation & Business Learning

• Participate in the company's structured job rotation programme across different departments and functions.
• Gain hands-on experience and develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations and the UK logistics industry.
• Quickly learn and adapt to different roles, teams and business environments.

2. Problem Identification & Resolution

• Proactively identify, analyse and understand issues encountered during job rotations and daily operations.
• Develop practical solutions to business challenges and support their implementation.
• Follow up on issues and ensure they are effectively resolved and closed.
• Continuously improve problem-solving and analytical capabilities through practical experience.

3. CEO Special Projects

• Support the CEO in driving key strategic and operational projects.
• Assist with project planning, progress tracking, communication and coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders where required.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive projects through to completion.
• Maintain a strong results-oriented mindset and ensure key initiatives deliver tangible outcomes.

Requirements Education

• Bachelor's degree or above; all academic disciplines are welcome.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.

Driving Licence

• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
