We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Intern to support the growth of TikTok Shop's ShopTab business in Italy. This role will support local ShopTab channel operations and growth execution, with a primary focus on ecosystem quality monitoring, campaign operations, channel operations, and market/assortment analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in e-commerce and product strategy, solid data analysis skills, and the ability to turn data insights into actionable operational improvements. You will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams — including Product, Algorithm, Recommendation, Category, Marketing, and central operations — to continuously improve the ShopTab user experience and drive sustainable business growth. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities - Ecosystem Operations: Support ShopTab ecosystem operations, including ecosystem assessment and strategy operations; responsible for daily ecosystem quality and content style monitoring, and regularly compiling and analyzing monitoring results - Campaign Operations: Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns, including campaign planning and execution, methodology and process documentation, and campaign post-mortems; manage the delivery of creative assets (H5 pages, search banners, posters, stickers), and manage traffic and all related campaign files - Channel Operations: Support ShopTab marketing channel operations, including daily channel operation preparation, assisting in formulating operating rules, driving channel strategy implementation, optimizing product structure, monitoring channel data trends, providing feedback on operations, and working with the team to identify optimization opportunities - Market & Assortment Analysis: Support international market expansion analysis for the Italian market; based on target market user demand characteristics, break down and analyze the current state of ShopTab product supply to provide data support for supply strategy formulation

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree - Language: Working language proficiency in both English and Italian (spoken Italian sufficient for basic simple communication; able to read Italian proficiently and identify translation issues). Chinese language proficiency is required to be able to work with Chinese internal teams based in Mainland China - Solid data analysis and mining skills, with a good sensitivity to e-commerce data; proficient in Excel and other office software, including pivot tables and functions; SQL knowledge preferred - Interest in e-commerce business and product strategy; clear logical analysis and problem decomposition skills; prior internship experience in e-commerce operations / product strategy / strategy / business analysis / project management preferred - Understanding of Italian e-commerce consumers, including category preferences, seasonal demand, price sensitivity, and the local e-commerce competitive landscape - Excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong sense of teamwork; rigorous and responsible work attitude; strong learning ability; able to respond quickly to business needs Preferred Qualifications - Experience with TikTok or short-video e-commerce operations - Strong understanding of key Italian consumer categories and seasonal demand patterns - Experience building operational metrics frameworks or data dashboards
