We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Marketing & Client Operations Assistant to join our growing property team in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career candidate who is interested in property, digital marketing, customer relations, and business operations. No previous industry experience is required — we value a positive attitude, strong learning ability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

The role combines property marketing, social media content creation, client communication, and administrative operations. You will support our team in promoting properties, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit properties across London to capture high-quality images and video content.

* Edit photos and visual materials using tools such as Canva, Lightroom, or Photoshop.

* Manage and update social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (小红书), and WeChat official content.

* Write engaging property-related articles and marketing content.

* Support the planning and organisation of PR activities, networking events, and promotional campaigns.

* Publish and maintain property listings across platforms and assist with basic SEO optimisation.

Client Relations & Operations

* Communicate professionally with clients through WeChat, phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

* Handle property enquiries and provide timely follow-ups.

* Support landlord and tenant communications throughout the rental process.

* Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.

* Assist with tenancy administration, documentation, and daily office operations.

Administrative & Compliance Support

* Manage client information and application documents with accuracy and confidentiality.

* Support verification processes and ensure records are maintained correctly.

* Use Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for reporting, tracking, and database management.

Requirements

* Fluent Mandarin and English skills (spoken and written) are essential.

* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.

* Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail.

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Comfortable handling both creative tasks and administrative responsibilities.

* Interest in property, marketing, social media, or customer operations.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

* Previous experience is welcome but not required — full training will be provided.

What We Offer

* Competitive salary: £24,420 – £30,000 depending on experience.

* Full training in property marketing, digital content, CRM systems, and operational processes.

* Career development opportunities within a growing property business.

* Central London office location with excellent transport links.

* Friendly team environment, company pension, casual dress code, team events, and birthday celebrations.
