Full job description

Main duties and areas of responsibility

-Bookkeeping and contact our clients.

· Process banking receipts and payments on the accounts system.

· Create invoices

· Generate supplier payment runs.

· Raise accounts receivable invoices and oversee payment collection.

· Liaise with colleagues in resolving queries.

· Complete work to meet strict deadlines.

· Maintain up to date knowledge and ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, guidelines and legislation.

· Provide cover for colleagues as necessary to continue excellent level of service.

· To undertake other work from time to time as requested by the Head of Finance.

Qualifications

-· Mandarin speaker preferred

- Bachelor degree

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

· Excellent numeracy skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working time: from Monday to Friday: 9:00AM-5PM

Salary: £30000+bonus per year
