Job Title: Brand Relationship Specialist – Mandarin Speaker

Location: Slough (office-based during training, after training hybrid 3/2). Partner visits, attendance at industry events and travel to other business areas in the region may be required from time to time.

Salary: £30,000

It is essential the successful candidate is fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Our client is a large, blue-chip financial company offering excellent scope to develop your skills within their marketing team. They are looking for someone with a strong mix of numerical skills and interpersonal confidence to manage their OEM partners. The role will grow with you as you build your skills, the broad responsibilities are as follows:

Manage quarterly pricing process of Retail finance campaigns for assigned brand partners and communicating them effectively to OEM retailer networks and sales teams.

Completing regular commercial reporting activities to monitor the performance of assigned brand partners; share this in an appropriate format to senior stakeholders & OEMs.

Develop new reporting as & when required by the business.

Be a key point of contact for internal teams & build a strong, collaborative working relationship with the sales team to achieve solid commercial awareness of the wider business & our Retailer network.

Be a liaison between internal divisions to ensure joined up approach on processes and external communications to brand partners.

Support management with other projects & ad hoc requests.

Assist with the onboarding of any new brand partners to the business.

Skills

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

· Strong working knowledge Microsoft Excel (including formulas & graphs for data analysis), Word & PowerPoint

· Adept at working with numerical data & mathematical calculations

· Confident interpersonal & communication skills; ability to build working relationships

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
