Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Product Service Repair Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of products within our warehouse environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and contribute to the efficient operation of our supply chain. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to grow within a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of products requiring repair or maintenance(Portable Air Conditioner/Fridge/ EB, home appliances, power tools).
  • Perform repairs on a range of warehouse products, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and service activities.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure proper stock levels of spare parts and tools.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure the workspace remains clean and organised.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to product malfunctions.
  • Support the testing of repaired products to confirm functionality before re-distribution.

Skills

  • Proven experience or strong interest in product repair, maintenance, or technical troubleshooting.
  • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills to document repair activities clearly.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures is desirable but not essential.
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and reporting purposes.
