Position: E-Commerce Stock & Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: NN7 2EU, UK

Job Outline:

A fast growing e commerce business specialising in premium automotive styling parts. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our operations and ensure smooth stock, supplier, and product management.

Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders and manage communication with suppliers
  • Manage Shopify — add/update products, descriptions, pricing, and images
  • Track stock levels & ensure inventory accuracy across platforms
  • Submit courier claims for lost/damaged shipments
  • Monitor and reconcile courier invoices
  • Assist with returns and exchange processing

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in e-commerce / Shopify store management
  • Strong understanding of product data, merchandising & user experience
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and operational workflows
  • Analytical and detail-oriented — able to spot and correct issues quickly
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written & spoken)
  • Strong communication skills — liaising with suppliers & warehouse
  • Knowledge or interest in automotive industry is a bonus
  • Experience with basic photo/content editing (Canva or Photoshop) is an advantage

Soft Skills

  • Highly organised with strong ownership attitude
  • Able to work independently and solve problems proactively
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Reliable and responsible — capable of managing operations without micromanagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
