Chiropractor Associate– Join the Everwell Team

Everwell is a fast growing, nervous system-led chiropractic practice in Edinburgh, helping people move beyond pain, reconnect with their bodies, and regain the capacity to live life fully. Rather than chasing symptoms or quick fixes, we take the time to understand the whole person and create care that supports lasting change.

Whether you're newly qualified or have years of experience, we'll provide comprehensive in-house training, ongoing mentoring, and proven systems to help you attract, nurture and retain the kind of clients you love working with, allowing you to build a busy, fulfilling diary with confidence.

We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Chiropractor who shares our values and wants to grow within a supportive, collaborative team. You'll never be left to figure difficulties out alone.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver thorough consultations, assessing each person's health, movement and nervous system function.
  • Create personalised care plans that both address clients needs and wants, and provide optional support for long-term healing and improved wellbeing.
  • Provide gentle, high-quality chiropractic care tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Educate and empower clients so they better understand their bodies and feel confident in their healing journey.
  • Build genuine, trusting relationships with clients and support them throughout their plan of care.
  • Keep clear, accurate clinical records.
  • Work closely with our friendly team to provide an exceptional client experience and grow the excellent Everwell reputation.
  • Continue developing your clinical skills through regular mentoring, training and professional development.

What we're looking for

  • Registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC).
  • A caring, positive and professional approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make clients feel heard, understood and supported.
  • A willingness to learn, grow and embrace our nervous system-led , holistic approach to chiropractic care.
  • Someone who is open to learning and mentorship, enjoys working as part of a team - while taking ownership of their own development.
  • Passion for helping people improve not just their pain, but their overall quality of life.

Self-employed position | OTE £60,000–£90,000+ based on a 50% fee split. We provide a consistent flow of new clients through our marketing and website, along with the training, mentoring and support to help you build a thriving practice.

We have a full marketing budget and are over subscribed so are looking for an asociate ASAP however we can be flexible on start date ( up to 3 months for the right applicant.)

Located in West Edinburgh, with great transport links in and out of the city.
