Do you want to take over a patient base of 80 - 100 patients per week?

we are looking for a dedicated chiropractor who can hit the ground running and take over a patient base of 80 - 100 patients from someone who is relocating. This is employed position, full-time.

The Chiropractor will work closely with patients to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at improving their overall health and well-being.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ medical histories and physical conditions.
• be able to take x rays and interpret x rays, MRI, CT scans when necessary.
• Perform chiropractic adjustments and mobilisations and be proficient in various chiropractic techniques which can be applied to any joint in the body.
• Develop individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and monitor progress.
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes, exercises, and preventive care to enhance recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments provided.
• follow Clinic procedures and protocols to ensure highest quality of care provided in a relaxed, clean environment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in chiropractic techniques and practices.

Skills

• Chiropractic Degree Qualification (4 - 5 years), GCC registration and UCA, BCA or SCA membership.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain treatment options.
• Ability to build rapport with patients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess patient needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Attention to detail in record keeping and treatment documentation.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning within the field of chiropractic care.

What we need:

• Experience of 2 - 3 years, but not essential
• interest and or qualifications in pregnancy and paediatrics advantageous especially taking over paediatric and pregnancy patients from the current Chiropractor but if not experienced, you will take over other patients but not the pregnancy or paediatric patients.

What we will give:

• Employed position either full time
• Guaranteed salary based on your experience (£35,000 - £40,000) plus generous bonuses on paid visits seen every week. The current Chiropractor that is relocating is taking over £70,000 - £80,000 gross pay.
• training 1-1 to help build your client list and take over the list successfully.
• paid holidays of 5.6 weeks (including bank holidays) paid pro rata.
• we will pay your GCC every year on top of a guaranteed salary and performance based bonuses.
• We will pay for CPD courses (partial or full payment) for you, that align with the practice - especially neurology, paediatric and pregnancy courses.

Pay: £38,700.00-£70,000.00 per year
