We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role involves assisting practitioners in collecting patient health data, managing memberships, overseeing the rehabilitation space, and providing exceptional administrative support. Your role will be vital in ensuring the clinic operates smoothly, maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction, and contributing to our mission of promoting wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Health Data Collection & Patient Support
- Assist practitioners during consultations by collecting essential health data, including: Nervous system scans, Postural pictures and Blood pressure measurements
- Ensure patients are comfortable during assessments and provide clear instructions about the process.
- Accurately record and organise collected data for use in treatment plans.
- Escort patients to and from treatment areas, maintaining effective communication throughout.
Administrative & Reception Duties
- Welcome patients warmly and professionally to create a positive first impression.
- Manage scheduling, confirm treatment plans, and assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to patient inquiries and liaise effectively with chiropractors and front-of-house staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Process payments, manage memberships, and handle billing inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with efficiency and professionalism.
Rehabilitation Space & Clinic Oversight
- Supervise the Rehabilitation Area : Ensure patients are supported and guided while using rehabilitation equipment, following instructions provided by practitioners.
- Maintain Clinic Hygiene and Organisation: Keep the rehabilitation area, treatment rooms, and common spaces clean, tidy, and well-organised to provide a welcoming environment for patients.
- Monitor Supplies: Regularly check and manage clinic supplies, ensuring all materials and equipment are well-stocked and operational.
Membership Management
- Serve as the primary contact for membership patients, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Monitor memberships, follow up on renewals, and encourage patient engagement.
- Facilitate communication between patients and practitioners to support membership retention.
Team Collaboration & Development
- Participate in team meetings to share ideas, solve problems, and improve efficiency.
- Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD), including appraisals and training. - Collaborate with team members on new ideas, services, and products to enhance the clinic’s offerings.
Requirements

- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide clear, concise instructions to patients and colleagues.
- Collaborate effectively with chiropractors and other staff members to ensure seamless care.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, or chiropractic settings is preferred but not required.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to the clinic's operational needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with clinic management software.
