Associate Chiropractor Opportunity – Cranleigh, Surrey

Two Positions Available: One Part-Time (Self-Employed) & One Full-Time (PAYE or Self-Employed)

About The Health Lounge

The Health Lounge is an established, independent multidisciplinary clinic in the heart of Cranleigh, Surrey. Since opening in 2019, we have built a strong reputation within our local community, offering chiropractic care, sports therapy and psychological therapies.

We are currently exploring opportunities to expand our services to include private GP consultations and blood testing, with the long-term vision of bringing a wider range of healthcare professionals together under one roof.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Chiropractor to join our friendly team and help us grow our chiropractic services.

Relocation Package:

We understand that moving for the right role is a big decision. To support you, we offer a relocation package of up to £2,000 for chiropractors relocating to join us in Cranleigh. This can help cover your moving expenses and temporary accommodation. We’re happy to provide local area guidance and assist you with settling in. We are offering two exciting opportunities for Associate Chiropractors to join our well-established and busy clinic in Cranleigh, one of the largest villages in the UK and located in the heart of the Surrey Hills.

Position Overview

Part-Time Position

• Self-employed
• Flexible schedule (2-3 days per week)

Full-Time Position

• PAYE
• Includes 5.6 weeks of paid holiday per year (if employed)
• 3% employer pension contribution (if employed PAYE)

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• New Graduates or Experienced Chiropractors (1-2 years preferred)
• MSc Chiropractic degree
• Full registration with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC)
• Ability to work independently, delivering exceptional manual adjusting techniques
• A passion for continuous professional and personal development
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written English skills
• Experience in taking and interpreting X-ray images

What We Are Offering:

Flexible Hours Part-time or full-time (2-5 days per week)

Significant Marketing Investment: We recognise that starting at a new clinic can feel like a significant step, therefore, we are prepared to invest approximately £15,000–£20,000 in marketing during your first year, with the potential to continue this investment beyond the first year if successful.

We have worked with the same marketing agency since 2019 and have considerable experience in building an associate's diary.

When our previous associate joined us with no existing patient base, our marketing campaign generated:

• 20 new patients in their first week.
• 85 new patients during their first six weeks.
