WE’RE HIRING: MSK PHYSIOTHERAPIST – MARLOW (SL7 3HL)

ABOUT HÄLSA

Our multidisciplinary team includes state-registered Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Sports Massage Therapists , supported by a friendly team who are passionate about delivering tailored, evidence-based and compassionate care.

Our Marlow practice has been part of the local community for over 10 years.

THE ROLE

  • Marlow (SL7 3HL)
  • Full-time permanent | 32–36 hours per week
  • Six shifts across five days, including one double shift
  • Established client diary from day one
  • Employed or self-employed options
  • Private, PMI and medical-legal caseload
  • Supportive multidisciplinary environment

You’ll manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced clinicians, with opportunities to collaborate, develop clinically and contribute to an excellent client experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • MSK assessments and individualised treatment plans
  • Hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
  • Clinical documentation and progress monitoring
  • Client education, self-management and injury prevention
  • Working collaboratively with Chiropractors and the wider team

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Client-focused, positive and proactive
  • Confident building genuine client relationships
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about clinical development and evidence-based practice
  • Professional, reliable and organised

ESSENTIAL

  • Physiotherapy qualification and HCPC registration
  • CSP membership
  • Full right to work in the UK (We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role)
  • Ideally 2+ years’ post-qualification MSK experience , although strong newly qualified applicants will be considered
  • Strong MSK assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription and rehabilitation skills
  • Good communication, IT and clinical record-keeping skills
  • Private practice/community clinic experience is beneficial.
