Self-Employed Physiotherapist – Vale Health Clinic, Tunbridge Wells

Who you'll be working with

You'd be joining a team of chiropractors, a sports medicine doctor and a knee surgeon. The clinic offers injections, including spinal injections, as well as stem cell treatment and diagnostic ultrasound. That means patients can be scanned, injected and rehabbed under one roof, and you'd play a central part in getting them back to full function afterwards. It's a good setup for a physio who enjoys working alongside other clinicians, with plenty of scope to share cases and plan treatment together.

What we're looking for

This role suits someone who wants to build their own caseload. There will be some referrals from within the team, but we can't promise a full diary from day one. You'll need to be comfortable promoting yourself and getting out into the local community. That might mean running sessions at sports clubs, turning up at running events, giving talks to local businesses, or building your profile on social media. If you've grown a private list before and enjoyed doing it, we'd like to hear from you.

You should have:

• HCPC registration
• At least 3 years' post-qualification experience, including time in private practice
• Strong MSK assessment and treatment skills
• Your own professional indemnity insurance
• A genuine interest in marketing yourself and building a local reputation
