Practitioners We Are Recruiting

We are looking for experienced practitioners who can work confidently and independently:

• Chiropractors experienced in assessing and treating spinal, joint and musculoskeletal presentations
• Osteopaths confident managing musculoskeletal pain, dysfunction and movement restrictions

You should be able to communicate clearly, build trust with patients and work well within a multidisciplinary team.

Typical Patient Needs

Your caseload may include patients experiencing:

• Back, neck, shoulder and joint pain
• Postural strain and work-related physical complaints
• Muscle tension, overload and reduced mobility
• Sports and training-related injuries
• Movement restrictions and musculoskeletal dysfunction
• Injury rehabilitation and return-to-activity planning
• Recovery, performance and resilience goals

Depending on your discipline and scope of practice, your work may include assessment, diagnosis, hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, exercise advice and ongoing patient management.

Chiropractor Requirements

• Recognised chiropractic qualification
• Current General Chiropractic Council (GCC) registration
• Minimum two years’ clinical experience
• Strong musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis and treatment skills
• Confidence with spinal, joint and soft-tissue presentations
• Excellent patient communication and clinical documentation
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team

Osteopath Requirements

• Recognised osteopathy qualification
• Current General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) registration
• Minimum two years’ clinical experience
• Strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills
• Confidence working with a varied patient base
• Excellent patient communication and clinical documentation
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team

Additional Skills We Value

Working Arrangement

This is a self-employed opportunity. You will practise under the Aligned 33 brand while benefiting from the clinic’s established systems, patient demand and operational support.

A minimum of four shifts per week is required so you can build consistency, develop patient relationships and become a dependable part of the clinical team. Hours can increase as demand for your services grows.

Remuneration is practitioner-based and will be discussed according to your experience, qualifications and role.
