Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological and orthopaedic conditions, while providing excellent patient care. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, clinical environment

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with musculoskeletal complaints
  • Develop customised treatment plans based on individual needs and medical history
  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programmes promote recovery and pain relief
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programmes as necesaary
  • Educate patients and their family on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in physiotherapy practices and techniques through continuous professional development

Requirements

  • recognised qualification in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc) with valid registration with the appropriate professional body
  • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal conditions
  • Strong patient care skills with an empathetic and professional demeanour
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with patients and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to clinical guidelines

Pay: £53.00 per hour
