We're seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team of Chiropractors and Sports Massage Therapists. Within the role, you'll be managing a busy reception with a variety of tasks, supporting our practitioners and ensuring our clients receive an excellent experience with us.

We offer lots of support, and 1:1 training to get you up to speed. We have a fun working environment with constant learning, progress, and a lot of opportunities for personal growth.

**What you'll be working**

Starting January 2025!

2 x 6 hour shifts - Part-time role

Wednesday PM: 13:50 - 19:50

Friday AM: 07:50 - 13:50

Flexibility essential for all-day holiday and last-minute cover for a mixture of AM and PM shifts. Team meetings between 1-2x per month.

Semi-frequent attendance to team days/outreach events required (may be on weekends).

**What you'll do:**

- Supporting and assisting with the running of the clinic

- Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment. Answering questions and helping to educate on their well-being journey

- Dealing with telephone + email enquiries

- Taking payments with via card, and over the phone

- Managing the clinic diary and administration

- Managing and scheduling social media posts

- Pulling reports and interpretting statistics (training provided)

- Helping organise events in the local community

You will learn about chiropractic, massage and how to support the team. Training and support will be provided.
