Full job description
Are you an Osteopath looking for your next role?
At London Central Clinic, we are currently recruiting for an Osteopath to join a leading Multi-Disciplinary Private Clinic in Central London. We are an expanding group of practices with over twenty-six clinicians growing together as a real team, not just lip service!
You will work with some of the 18.8 million people struggling with MSK issues in the UK. The sense of achievement and satisfaction knowing that you help make people's lives better provides a deep sense of satisfaction in your career.
This is a Full-Time position of 36 hours a week. You will work alongside Physiotherapist, Acupuncturist, Chiropractors, Sports Therapist.
Working for London Clinic Group means you won’t have to worry about bringing the patient to the clinic as we will provide you with a full list of patients and soft tissue clients to help build your patient list.
As an Osteopath, you will be responsible for providing a quality assessment, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment and advice to private paying patients.
Your role will undertake a comprehensive assessment to formulate a diagnosis of patients who may have complex conditions including multi pathology. You will use well developed clinical reasoning of the patient's needs and provide appropriate clinic treatment.
You will be asked to work as an autonomous practitioner taking responsibility for the management of patients on your own caseload without direct supervision.
You will need to maintain patient documentation, records and accurate statistical information to reflect care provided and to meet professional standards and clinic policies on Cliniko (Training will be provided).
You may be required to provide soft tissue services to new patients to help build a private clinics list, but you a large volume of patients will be existing or new Osteopathy patients.
Fully supported in the clinic
You will always have someone to speak to as part of a friendly and genuine team with approachable management who have patient care at the forefront of everything they do.
We offer weekly formal CPD prepared and delivered by the Clinical Director. This includes fully recognised courses (by clinician insurance companies) in acupuncture and manipulation.
While we are private healthcare and money keeps the lights on, we believe that our ethical approach is the center to our success. All our management staff are degree qualified clinicians and understand the importance of patient care and clinical outcomes.
We have a team of support staff who manage appointments, deal with customer queries and general admin, giving you more time to focus on patients in clinic. We have a marketing team focused on social media and event-based marketing which work on promoting our clinics to new patients in the London area.
As you develop, you will benefit from clear progression opportunities and could earn a place as one of the clinical managers running your own part of the business and a clinic.
Apply now as places are limited due to the opening of our new clinic in South Kensington.
