Full job description
About us
Back to Health Chiropractic Clinics Limited has been operating since 1997
We are a warm, friendly but premium clinic based in Richmond upon Thames.
We have developed a unique blend of technology and hands-on care that our patients love, use and recommend.
Our patient numbers are flourishing, which is why we are recruiting someone with experience.
During assessments, we use x-rays where appropriate, and enter their alignment measurements into our own Virtual Reality Human Spine.
It is the world’s first piece of technology, featured on national news and it helps patients to see and understand their own issues in a whole new way.
We provide Virtual Reality goggles, where they see a spine that moves to match their own alignment issues, whilst an audio explanation guides them through it.
We fully train our staff on how to use it and the patients respond with great positivity, excitement and wonder.
Often, this is the first time they have fully understood their issues.
The patients also download our very own clinic app, where they can access their health records, xrays, posture photos and exercises.
Our lead Chiropractor is the clinic owner and as well as a full qualified Chiropractor he also has a Masters in Pain Management.
Our staff are friendly, hard working with a great sense of humour and teamwork.
We offer the most innovative, technology-led patient service in the UK, provided with outstanding manual care.
What will you be doing?
After training, you will be phoning patients who leave messages each day to book them in and help to manage the online diary.
You will be assessing patients, once you have undergone training on our bespoke technology and programmes of care.
Along with the rest of the team, you will confirm financial agreements with patients for their care, take payments and handle conversations about payments.
You will be treating and adjusting patients quickly, appropriately and prescribing exercises.
You will be available 40 hours per week, including Saturdays. Our hours are 12.00 till 19.00 Monday to Friday and 0900 till 1500 Saturday.
We are all an active part of keeping the clinic clean, tidy, safe and welcoming.
We deliberately do not have a receptionist and welcome patients ourselves.
Who are you?
· Intelligent – strong anatomical knowledge, qualified but interested in continual training and development
· Empathetic – what does the patient want and need, able to adjust your communication style
· Great communicator – your patients want you to listen but also to inspire and help them
· New graduate or experienced – we will provide weekly training and induction so you will understand the clinic environment and be able to multi-task the role.
· Friendly - approachable, calm under pressure, team player
· Ambitious – we lead the field in patient products and we want people on the journey who are excited about improving and modernising the patient experience
What we can offer you:
Job Type: Part-time
