Bar Person

As a Bar person, you will be responsible for assisting the Bars team in providing excellent bar service to enhance the Guest experience. The servant-hearted culture you set within your team will make each of our guests feel special and you will have the ability to encourage your teammates to do the same.

Responsibilities

  • Be a very capable and able Bar person
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing laws, food safety standards and other relevant legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, COSHH, and other relevant legislation and that all employees have been trained to the correct level of competence.

Key Responsibilities

Making sure the bar is kept fully stocked, clean and presentable always.

  • Must have a bright and bubbly personality, always interacting with customers and clients.
  • Maintaining working practices are kept of a very high standard.
  • Shifts can be flexible as of the business requirements and bookings.
  • It is essential for Bar Staff to be punctual and well presented, enthusiastic with an eye for detail, quality, and be proactive.
  • Bar Staff should also be hard working, professional, with a desire to progress further within the business and a passion for the highest standards.
  • Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service, with a knowledgeable background to the pub/bar trade.
  • Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed.
  • Ensuring that at the end of the shift the bar is all cleaned away and set up for the next day.
  • To be available to take part in annual Training days.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.71 per hour
