Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Food & Beverage staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in restaurant service, food safety, and guest relations. This role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be organised, personable, and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including tables, counters, and workstations
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
  • Handle guest enquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and hygiene standards
  • Support team members during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
