What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, creating impactful content across a range of platforms for a variety of clients and industries. Your day-to-day role will include:

· Creating engaging, on-brand content for social media, email marketing, websites, and more

· Building monthly content calendars and crafting platform-specific posts (graphics, videos, captions)

· Scheduling and publishing content via tools like social media management platforms or WordPress

· Supporting your line manager and team with client deliverables, including design briefs, engagement, and audits

· Working closely with other departments to deliver unified campaigns

· Tracking content performance and providing reports that help shape future strategy

· Presenting creative ideas and keeping your finger on the pulse of digital trends

· Liaising directly with clients via email, video calls, or face-to-face meetings

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, content, or social media – ideally in an agency setting or managing multiple brands. You'll also have:

· A solid understanding of key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest etc..)

· Excellent writing skills – adaptable across blogs, captions, press releases, and emails

· A creative mindset and an eye for detail

· Confidence in using tools like Canva, and an interest in basic video or design work

· Familiarity with SEO, content optimisation, and social media scheduling tools

· A passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn more every day
