Sales Advisor - £25,350 Basic Salary + Uncapped Monthly Bonuses

Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £25,350 per annum (£13.00 per hour)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

The Opportunity

VKY Automation is looking for ambitious and motivated Sales Advisors to join our growing Glasgow team.

Working on behalf of a leading home services client, you'll help customers find the best deals on broadband, mobile, TV, media and energy services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, achieving targets and being rewarded for their success.

  • £25,350 basic salary
  • Average monthly bonus of £600

What You'll Be Doing

  • Speaking with customers to understand their needs
  • Helping homeowners secure the best deals on essential services
  • Promoting broadband, mobile, TV, media and energy products
  • Recommending tailored solutions based on customer requirements
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Achieving sales targets and maximising bonus opportunities

About You

  • At least 12 months' sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
