Internet Order Processor & Customer Services Manager

Working Hours:40 Hours per week

Monday - Friday 7.30am – 4pm(Typically)

Weekend working required on a rotational basis, with all weekend hours paid at double time.

This role covers our Stourton and Hunslet sites in LS10, both easily reached by public transport.

Starting Salary £26,500 per annum – Holidays 28 days including Bank Holidays

Neo Direct is a fast growing online retail company based a stones throw from the city centre of Leeds. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our fast growing office team with the options of progression for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, interest in internet shopping and a genuine desire to help the customer. You will be working in a small team where your input is valued and makes a noticable difference. This is a permanent position.

The role includes

  • Dealing with customers queries via email and phone
  • Problem solving with customers to resolve issues
  • Ability to use specialised stock control and email systems upon inhouse training (Linnworks experience very beneficial)
  • Meeting daily deadlines for email queries
  • Help print orders and book in mail, couriers and pallets
  • Chase shipments and collections with courier companies on the phone and online to assist customer queries
  • Use Deal Websites, eBay, Amazon, Debenhams, B&Qand web store environments to track and resolve customer enquiries
  • Gain an understanding of products sold to answer customer queries effectively
  • Identify and low stock issues and communicate with customer and the team
  • Experience dealing with complaints in a professional manner
  • Upselling and ‘closing’ bulk volume sales
  • Processing orders accurately
  • Collate and analyse performance metrics
  • Maintain customer records
  • Monitoring performance metrics on our selling platforms
  • Optimising product listings to boost visibility and conversions

The successful candidate should be Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Email software / Google Mail and Google translate, have the ability to work as part of a team, deliver whilst under pressure and have good communication skills with customers and colleagues.
